21+ Only: By registering, you confirm that you are at least 21 years old. jltara reserves the right to request government-issued identification (e.g., Philippine National ID, passport, driver's license) to verify your age at any time. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 will be immediately suspended and any funds may be withheld pending investigation.
The jltara Platform is intended for use by residents of the Republic of the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. jltara makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law. Persons who have been declared legally incapacitated by a court of competent jurisdiction are not eligible to register or use the Platform.
Individuals who have voluntarily self-excluded from gambling platforms, or who have been excluded by court order or regulatory directive, are not eligible to register or use jltara. If you have previously self-excluded and subsequently attempt to register, jltara reserves the right to void any winnings and close your Account.
To access the full range of jltara services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as prompted. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the jltara Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. jltara reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances associated with them.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. jltara will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify jltara immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
jltara may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal request or at any other time deemed appropriate. Required documents may include a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the requested timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges or Account closure.
You warrant that all information provided during registration and throughout your use of the Platform is truthful, accurate, and not misleading. Providing false information — including a false name, date of birth, or address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of funds.
jltara accepts deposits and processes withdrawals in Philippine Peso (PHP) via the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya/Maya, and bank transfer through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits may also be accepted subject to availability.
Note on Payment Methods: Credit card deposits for gambling purposes are not accepted on the jltara Platform in compliance with applicable Philippine regulations. Cryptocurrency deposits and withdrawals are not supported.
Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the jltara cashier page and may vary by payment method. jltara reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to successful KYC verification. Processing times vary by payment method but jltara endeavors to process approved withdrawal requests as promptly as possible. jltara reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of security checks, fraud investigations, or KYC verification.
Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable. Only winnings derived from Bonus Funds that have satisfied the applicable Wagering Requirement may be converted to withdrawable Real Money Balance, subject to any applicable maximum withdrawal limits specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
All transactions on the jltara Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jltara is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences that may be applied by your bank or payment provider.

In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a game round, jltara reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund the wager amount to the Player's Account. If a Player is disconnected from the Platform during an active game round, the game will continue to its natural conclusion in accordance with the game's rules. jltara is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of disconnection caused by the Player's internet service provider, device, or local network conditions.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the jltara Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:
Zero Tolerance: jltara operates a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. All suspicious activity is reported to the relevant Philippine authorities in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jltara, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
jltara's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jltara collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jltara implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL/TLS encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and jltara cannot guarantee absolute security.

jltara reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, jltara will notify registered Players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. The revised Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting jltara support. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account (after deduction of any applicable Bonus Funds that have not met Wagering Requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
jltara reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if jltara determines that continued operation of your Account poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk. In cases of confirmed fraud or material breach, jltara may forfeit your Account balance.
Upon termination of your Account for any reason, your license to use the Platform is immediately revoked. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 8, 10, 11, and 15 — shall continue in full force and effect.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jltara Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall prevent jltara from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
